Join me in this Cardio Boxing Workout at Home. It consists of Fat Burning exercises that can be easily followed along and they require no equipment at all. All exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints and there will be no jumping in this workout.
This workout takes about 30 minutes to complete, and you will get a short water break halfway. As always, we will start off slowly with a warm up and end with a cool down.
