Join me in this Cardio Kickboxing workout that consists of fun and fat burning exercises. No equipment is required to do this workout so it can be easily followed along at home. This is an cardio based exercise, so there won’t be any special techniques involved. So anyone can follow along!

Each exercise will be performed for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. We will start with a warm up and end with a short cool down. Halfway through the workout you will get that water break.
