Burn calories, increase strength, increase technique and have fun at the same time with this cardio kickboxing workout. It is suited for beginners and intermediate, and can be followed along at your own home and requires no equipment at all.
The workout itself consists of one set of 10 minutes that is repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 10-minute workout. Between these sets you will get a short water break.
