This cardio workout for beginners consists of low impact cardio exercises that will help beginners, but also people that are recovering from injury, to start exercising while minimizing the chance of injury. The cardio exercises are easy to follow and require no equipment at all, allowing you to follow this workout along at home.
The workout consists of one set of 10 exercises that is repeated twice, resulting in a 2 x 10-minute workout. Between the sets you will have a short water break.
