Join me in this Cardio Workout for Beginners. It takes about 30 minutes to complete and consists of low impact exercises only. That means no jumping and only exercises that have a low impact on your tendons and joints. All exercises are created to be knee friendly.
As always, we will start of with a short warm up and end with a cool down. Halfway through this workout you will get that well deserved water break.
