Duration: 30 Minutes
This cardio workout for beginners includes a warm up and cool down. It takes about 30 minutes to complete and consists of low impact exercises only. This means there will be no jumping and all exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints. Moreover, all exercises are fun to follow along but also helps burning fat at the same time.
Each exercise is done for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. After the first set of 10 minutes you will get a short but well deserved water break.
