Join me in this Cardio workout for Beginners that consists of knee friendly exercises. All of the cardio exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints, making it very beginner friendly or just to be used as a recovery workout. All of the cardio exercises will help you improve your health and improve your cardiovascular condition.
Each exercise will be performed for 50 seconds on – 10 seconds off. We will start with a warm up and end with a short cool down. Halfway through the workout you will get that water break.
