Join me in this intense Cardio Workout for Weight Loss. It consists of fat burning exercises that will help you achieve your weight loss goals when combined with a good diet. All of the exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints and no equipment is needed to follow this one along at home.

The sets are setup in pyramid style. That means we start we will each exercise for a full minute in the first round, 45 seconds in the second round and finally 30 seconds in the last round. After each set you will get a well-deserved water break.
