Ideal to do before going to work, or just any time of the day you want an intense workout but have little time to spare. It consists of 3 rounds, each round having 4 exercises. The first round it timed at 4 x 60 seconds, followed by round 2 with 4 x 45 seconds and finally round 3 with 4 x 30 seconds.
