20 Minute PILATES Legs TONING Workout – No Repeating Exercises

Follow me along at home in this Pilates Workout for Toning your legs. You will only need a soft floor or an exercise mat to do this workout and it takes about 20 minutes to complete. Each exercise will be done for 60 seconds before going immediately to the next exercise. There will be no water break in this workout so get ready to give it your all.

30 Minute STANDING PILATES Workout

Join me in this Standing Pilates workout that can be easily followed along at home. No equipment is required and you will be happy and shining after finishing this one.

Each Pilates exercises is performed for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. Halfway through the workout you will get that well-deserved water break before going into the second round.
