25 Minute WALKING STEPS Workout – NO REPEATING

Join me in this 25 Minute WALKING STEPS Workout. It will be a fun workout that can be easily followed along at home as it only requires little space and of course a step. The workout consists of one set of 20 different exercises, so this means it is also a non-repeating workout.

As we are doing 1 set, you will not have a water break. We will start this workout off slowly and end with a short stretching session.

STEPS Workout for FAT BURNING and TONING – With Dumbbells

Join me in this Steps workout for Fat Burning and Toning. You can follow this one along with dumbbells or other kind of weights that are not too heavy. If you don’t have weights, you can always follow along with using any of them.

This Steps workout brings you a combination of cardio exercises and some minor strength training to give you the best of two worlds. And as always, this workout includes a short warm up and cool down. Halfway through you will get that well-deserved water break.

50 Minute Low Impact Steps Aerobic Workout – Full Body and Fat Burning Cardio Step Exercises

This low impact steps aerobic workout consists of low impact exercises only. It helps burning fat fast and targets your full body. Although is will be challenging, this is a fun workout to follow along at your own home. It takes about 50 minutes to complete and consists of 4 sets of 10 minutes. You will get a short water break after each completed set. As always, this workout also includes a short warm up and cool down.

Low Impact Steps Workout – 30 Minute Fun and Fat Burning Cardio Step Exercises – No Jumping

This Low Impact Steps Workout helps in fat burning and consists of no jumping and low impact cardio exercises only. It takes only 30 minutes to complete and includes a warming up and cooling down. It is a fun workout to do as easy to follow along at home. Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break, which will be well-deserved.
