For this workout you will only need an exercise mat or a soft floor, so you can easily follow this one along at home. Join me in this Standing Abs workout that can be easily followed along at home. All of the exercises will be standing so that means no floor exercises and indeed no crunches. This makes it a bit more easier and less injury prone to follow along.
