30 Minute Flabby Arms Workout – Upper Body Toning and Strength Exercises – With Dumbbells

This workout is designed to get rid of those flabby arms. It will help you burn off some fat but even more in toning those upper body muscles. The workout can be followed along with some kind of weights like dumbbells or water bottles. If you are just starting out you can also follow along without equipment at all.

As always, this workout includes a short warm up and cool down. Halfway through the workout you will get yourself a well deserved water break.

30 Minute Lower Body Strength and Toning Workout – BodyWeight Only – Butt Lifting and Thigh Toning

This Lower Body Strength workout is done bodyweight only and helps toning your lower body muscles. This includes lifting your butt, toning those thighs and general strength improvements. All exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints. Some require some balancing on one leg.

Halfway through this workout you will get that well deserved water break. We will do each exercises for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. And of course, there is a short warm up and cool down included in this workout

This butt lifting and thigh toning workout is very efficient in toning those muscles and lifting that booty. No equipment is required for this workout and it is fun to follow along at home.
