Chicken breast with pear, grapes and rice

What you need

  • 1 pear, cut into wedges
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 30 grams of pecorino cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 50 grams of brown rice
  • 10 red grapes, halved lengthwise
  • Fresh mint
  • 1 tablespoon amand eels, chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 150 grams chicken breast

How to prep

  1. Mix the pear with honey, cheese and black pepper.
  2. Spoon the grapes, mint and almonds into the rice.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve with the chicken.
