This Complete Beginner Program is ideal for everyone who is just starting to work out. Also if you had any injuries and want to get back on track this program will fit your needs. It is a 4 weeks program with a great variety of low impact workouts. You’ll be doing a different workout video every single day!

The program consists of different types of workouts. From low impact cardio sessions to strength and toning workouts for your whole body. The shortest duration is just 8 minutes (only once), but mostly the duration of the workouts is 20 or 30 minutes each day.

Like all my other programs, I designed this program with care. You will be doing a lot of alternating exercises and workouts. Every one of them is low impact. And that means no jumping exercises are part of this program. In some of the workouts I use weights (dumbbells or kettlebell), you don’t need to do that because you can do every workout body weight only.
