4-Week Advanced Fat Loss Program
This workout program takes 4 weeks and helps you to lose fat in a relatively short time. Each workout is quite intense and most of them are using the HIIT concept. This is very effective, but also comes at the price of having a high impact on your tendons and joints. Therefore, be careful if you are not in good shape and always listen to signals of your body!
