If you are not a true kitchen princess, wraps are ideal. They are easy and quick to prepare. Wraps are perfect for dinner in a pinch and make a great filling lunch! You can fill up your wrap with whatever you like. I’ve gathered some of my very favorite easy healthy wrap recipes.
Italian Wrap
I call this the Italian wrap by the ingredients I use for it.
- handful of lettuce
- 1 sliced tomato
- small cup of feta
- 5 sliced olives
- a little bit of Italian herbs
Dutch wrap
In the Netherlands, mustard is mainly used as a seasoning. We sometimes simply eat a sandwich with cheese and mustard. But this time I used mustard to give flavor to the wrap.
- tablespoon mustard
- 3 slices of chicken fillet
- half a cucumber
- 1 sliced tomato
Asian Avocado Wrap
Originally, spinach comes from Asia.That’s why I call this wrap the Asian Avocado wrap. The ingredients in this wrap provide you with all the nutrients you need.
- handful of spinach
- an avocado
- half a paprika
- 1 small cup of mozzarella
- a little bit of pepper
Put all ingredients in the middle of the wrap. Grab the end and roll up the wrap. Cut the rolled wrap through the middle and you can enjoy!
