Join me in this FULL BODY Kettlebell workout that helps toning your body. You can follow along with a kettlebell or just a dumbbell, so pick the type of weight that you like. The workout itself consists of strength exercises and a set takes about 15 minutes to complete. We will repeat this set for a second round, making this a 2 x 15-minute workout. Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break. And of course, we start with a warmup and end with some stretching.
