Do this Full Body Kickboxing workout with me and burn calories fast and have a good time. The workout takes about 40 minutes to complete and consists of low impact exercises only. The exercises improve your cardiovascular condition and helps with burning fat, making it easier to achieve your weight loss goals if you have them.
We will start with a short warm up and end with a cool down. Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break to get ready for the second round.
