Full Body Strength Workout Routine – 20 Minutes Metabolism Improving Strength Routine

–Description–

Improve metabolism by doing strength workouts on a regular basis. That is one the key factors for successfully losing weight. Fat loss only happens when you are able to keep your metabolism at (semi) normal levels. By performing strength exercises your changes of doing so will increase drastically. This full body strength workout is quite hard. The exercises are simple, but the hardness lies in doing them for a full minute and doing them three times.

Please let me know if you could hold on. At the last round of the workout I was in some serious trouble myself as the video shows. Go for it!
