Follow me along at home in this Full Body Cardio and Strength workout. All of the exercises are performed with your own bodyweight, so you don’t need any kind of weights. You might need an exercise mat as we will do some floor exercises. So be sure to get one ready if you don’t have a soft floor.

This workout includes a warming up and cooling down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.
