Join me in this Full Body Workout with Dumbbells. It’s a challenging and fun workout that will target your full body. You will need some kind of light to medium weights like dumbbells or water bottles. Each of the exercises are performed for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off.

As always, it includes a warm up and cool down. And halfway through you will get a short but well-deserved water break.
