Join me and get that smile with this Happy Cardio workout. It can be easily followed along at home and requires no equipment at all. The cardio will improve your health and clear your mind. They are also a lot of fun to do and will give you a smile on your face for hopefully the rest of your day.

This is a no repeating workout. So no single exercise is repeated throughout the whole workout. Each exercise will be done for 60 seconds and you will have no rest between the exercises. We will start of slowly and end with some minor stretching.
