Do this Happy Cardio workout with me and become instantly happy and healthy. All exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints and there will be no jumping in this workout. The exercises are fun to follow along and help you with your weight loss goals.

We will do each happy cardio exercise for 60 seconds. Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break to recover a bit. The workout itself starts out slowly with a warmup and ends with a cool down.
