Follow me along in this Happy Cardio Workout. It helps with weight loss and has a low impact on your tendons and joints. The fat burning exercises can be easily followed along at home and no equipment is required.
The workout consists of one set of 10 exercises that will be repeated once, resulting in a 2×10-minute workout. After the workout we will do a short cool down together.
