Join me in this Happy Cardio Workout. It consists of low impact exercises only, which also means no jumping at all. It is an effective workout for burning fat to support weight loss and have fun at the same time.

The workout consists of two sets of 5 exercises. The exercises will be repeated once in the set. Between these sets you will get a short but well-deserved water break to prepare for the second set. As always, we will start with a short warm up and end with a cool down.
