This HIIT workout consists of intense HIIT cardio exercises that will burn fat fast. The exercises are done with no equipment and can be easily followed along at home. Each HIIT exercise will be done 45 seconds, followed by 15 seconds of rest. Halfway the workout you will get a short water break.
The HIIT set consists of 5 exercises that are repeated in the second round, resulting in a 2 x 5-minute workout. Be sure to take enough rest between HIIT workouts as they do have a high impact on your tendons and joints!
