Follow me along in this intense HIIT Cardio workout for Fat Loss. It can be easily followed along at home and consists of low impact exercises only. This means each exercise has a low impact on your tendons and joints and that there will be no jumping in this workout.

Each exercise will be done for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. We will start this fat burning HIIT workout with a short warm up to get started. Afterwards we will end with a cool down. And of course you will get that well-deserved water break once we are halfway through this fat burning workout.
