Follow me along at home in this HIIT Workout that requires no equipment at all. It is an intense workout but still consists of low impact exercises only. That also means there will be no jumping in this HIIT workout. Each exercise will be done for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off, so you will get little rests between the HIIT exercises.

This workout includes a warming up and cooling down, but also a short water break halfway through the workout.
