This HIIT Workout for Fat Loss takes about 30 minutes and includes a warm up and cool down. It consists of low impact HIIT exercises only. This means there will be no jumping and all exercises are designed to have a low impact on your tendons and joints.
Each HIIT exercise is performed for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. After the first set of 10 minutes you will get a short and well deserved water break.
