Join me in this Low Impact HIIT Workout for Fat Loss. We will burn many calories in little time together in this challenging but fun workout to follow along at home. The workout consists of low impact exercises only, which also means there will be no jumping in this workout at all.

The workout consists of one set of 10 exercises that will be repeated once. Between these exercises you will get a short but well-deserved water break to prepare for the second set. As always, we will start with a short warm up and end with a cool down.
