Join me in this Indoor Walking Workout for fat burning. It consists of low impact exercises, so this workout has a minimum impact on your tendons and joints. It takes about 25 minutes to complete and includes a cool down. At the beginning we will start of slowly to warm up a bit of course.

We will be doing 2 sets of walking exercises that each take about 10 minutes to complete. Between those sets you will get a short water break to prepare for the second set. After the second set is completed we will end with a short cool down.
