Join me in this Knee Friendly Walking Workout. It can be easily followed along at your own home and takes about 25 minutes to complete. You will need some kind of light weights like dumbbells or water bottles to get that little extra strength training. If you don’ t have these, you can also follow along without them.
As always, it includes a warm up and cool down. And halfway through you will get a short but well-deserved water break.
