This Low Impact Beginner Pilates Workout helps you to tone your core and legs. There is no jumping involved in this workout and most of the exercises take place on the ground. It will improve your endurance and strength on the core and legs by repeating multiple related exercises. The workout itself takes about 20 minutes and has 3 short water breaks in between.
