This Low Impact HIIT Workout consists of challenging and fat burning exercises. There are no repeating sets, so all sets in this workout introduce new exercises. Furthermore, no equipment is required and you can easily follow along at home. As always, there is a short warm up and cool down in this workout. After each Tabata set you will get a short water break.
