This Low Impact HIIT Workout will challenge you and is very effective in burning fat. All exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints. This means that there will be no jumping in this workout. Moreover, this workout is in Tabata style. So we will be doing our exercises 20 seconds on – 10 seconds off.

As always we start the workout with a short warm up and end with a short cool down. Through this workout you will get that well deserved water break.
