This Low Impact HIIT Workout to lose weight takes 30 minutes to complete and has no jumping exercises at all. In fact, all HIIT exercises in this workout will have a relatively low impact on your tendons and joints.
Each HIIT Exercises will be done for 45 seconds on – 15 seconds off. About halfway through the workout you will get that well-deserved water break. And of course, this workout includes a warm up and cool down.
