Low Impact Workout Series 1 – Day 1 – Beginner Cardio Workout with Low Impact On Tendons And Joints


A Low Impact Workout is ideal for beginners and for recovering from injury. This is day 1 of a 3 day series that all focuses on minimizing the impact on your tendons and joints. By not jumping, no weights and no equipment, this is ideal for beginners and can be done just from your home.
