Cardio and Strength workout for beginners, with low impact on joints and tendons. That is this workout explained in 1 line. It consists of a cardio and strength set. The focus in this training routine is more on strength, so we’ll do 2 times the strength set and only 1 time the cardio set. Be sure to push yourself in this workout. As there is no real jumping around, the risk of injury is relatively low. Ideal as a beginner workout routine.
