OVERNIGHT OATS – 3 DIFFERENT WAYS

The most important meal of the day is your breakfast. But do you take the time to eat a proper breakfast? You should do because breakfast gives you your essential nutritions to give you enough energy to get through the day. I often start my day with some overnight oats and I share 3 different ways of making with you.

When you’re in a hurry every morning there’s a solution, it’s called overnight oats. Overnight oats are super healthy and may ensure that you have a quick and nutritious breakfast in the morning. You can prepare overnight oats a day before!

There’re some basic ingredients for the base of overnight oats, consists of;

  • Oats – 1 cup
  • Chia seeds – 1 tablespoon
  • Water or unsweetened milk – half a glass
  • Low fat yogurt – 1 cup

After putting these basic ingredients together, you can add your personal favorite flavors, fruits, seeds and any other ingredient. The amount of the ingredients depends on the bowl you use and how big you like your breakfast.

I will share 3x different ways for adding ingredients and making overnights oats.

Strawberry Overnight Oats

For this variation you need the basic ingredients and then you add a tablespoon strawberry jelly and some small fresh strawberries.

Blueberry – Almond Overnight Oats

This second option starts with the basic ingredients and the you add a tablespoon honey, a small hand of fresh blueberries and a couple of almonds.

Banana – Peanut Butter Overnight Oats

For the final variation you add a tablespoon peanut butter and some banana slices to the basic ingredients.

After you put all the ingredients together, seal the lid and let it sit overnight. The next morning you get the jar, glass or bowl out of the freezer, mix it up and enjoy your healthy breakfast!
