Squat Challenge – Butt Lifting & Rounding Squats Challenge

–Description–

This squat challenge helps you lift and round your butt. It consist of three very effective but also challenging squat variations. Each exercise has to be repeated for a full minute before the set is repeated for a second even more challenging round of squats.
