Join me on in this standing abs workout. No Equipment is required at all, and it takes about 30 minutes to complete. As the title says, all the abs exercises are done standing.

Of course, we will start with a small warm up and end with a cool down. Halfway through the workout you will get a short, but well-deserved water break.
