Join me in this Standing Pilates workout at your own home. No Equipment is required to follow this one along. The Pilates exercises will target your full body and give you a good and fun workout that will clear your mind.

Each exercise will be performed for 50 seconds on – 10 seconds off. Of course we will start slowly with a warm up and end this workout with some minor stretching. Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break to recover a bit.
