Join me in this Steps workout for Fat Burning and Toning. You can follow this one along with dumbbells or other kind of weights that are not too heavy. If you don’t have weights, you can always follow along with using any of them.
This Steps workout brings you a combination of cardio exercises and some minor strength training to give you the best of two worlds. And as always, this workout includes a short warm up and cool down. Halfway through you will get that well-deserved water break.
