The Summer Shape Up Program length is 4 weeks and consists of 4 workouts each week. During the program the are 3 pre-recorded workouts and every Saturday there is a live workout together with the whole FitnessType community. Whatever your goal is, this program is for you. There will be cardio workout for weight loss and strength workouts that will tone your body.
