Join me in this 25 Minute WALKING STEPS Workout. It will be a fun workout that can be easily followed along at home as it only requires little space and of course a step. The workout consists of one set of 20 different exercises, so this means it is also a non-repeating workout.

As we are doing 1 set, you will not have a water break. We will start this workout off slowly and end with a short stretching session.
