Join me in this Walking Workout for Weight Loss. It consists of Toning and Sculpting walking exercises that can be easily followed along at home. All the exercises have a low impact on your tendons and joints. That also means there will be no jumping in this workout. Most of these exercises are also knee friendly.
We will do each walking exercise for 50 seconds – 10 seconds off. Halfway through the workout you will get a short water break to recover a bit. The workout itself starts out slowly with a warmup and ends with a cool down.
