This Walking workout is easy on the knees and consists of low impact exercises only. It is a fun and effective workout to just follow along at home to increase fat burning. The workout starts slowly to get warmed up and ends with a short cool down. Please note that there will be no water break in this workout. Also, each exercises will be performed for the full 60 seconds and the next exercise will start immediately after.
